If you've hit your user license limit and would like to add new team members to your PSOhub account, you can easily update your subscription to include additional user licenses.
Add more user licenses to your subscription
Follow these steps to add additional user licenses to your PSOhub account. Note that you will need to have admin access level in order to do this.
Go to your subscription settings
1. Log into your PSOhub account.
2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to access your PSOhub settings
3. On the left-hand side menu, select License plans
4. This opens the pricing page where you can view and manage your subscription.
Add an extra user
5. Under your active plan, you'll see a button Add extra user. Click on it to continue
6. Enter the number of licenses you want to add to your subscription. If you already have 5 licenses and want to add 2, just enter 2.
7. (Optional) If you've received a discount code, enter it in the available field.
8. (Optional) Click on Validate discount code to check if the code is valid.
9. Review your order and then click Checkout to proceed.
Confirm your purchase
10. You'll see a confirmation message showing the number of licenses you're purchasing
11. Click Continue to finalize the purchase
A success message will confirm that your additional licenses have been added. You'll also receive a separate invoice for the new licenses.
Remove user licenses from your subscription
If you need to reduce your number of user licenses, follow these steps:
1. Deactivate users
First, deactivate the users who no longer need access to PSOhub. Only Admin users can do this.

Note: Deactivating a user frees up the user license for someone else, but does not automatically reduce your user licenses.
2. Contact PSOhub Support
To remove unused licenses from your billing plan, please reach out to us via the in-app chat. Our team will assist you with adjusting your subscription.
