Modify a contract line 

Once you have selected a contract template you might want to modify it in order to reflect the contract you've just negotiated with your client. 

To do so, simply click the contract line you wish to modify and PSOhub will open up the line. 

Using the down arrow, you can change the Group or the Line ID as well as overwrite or modify the name (description) of the line. 
Note: The name must not contain the apostrophe character (') or the quote character (").

And if no entries have been booked yet you can also change the contract type by selecting the relevant one for this project; e.g. change a Fixed Fee to a T&M or to Expenses.  

Depending on the contract line (e.g. T&M, Fixed Fee or Expenses) you will also want to specify a value in the Amount and/or a budget fields.

Once you are done with the modification, simply click Save.

Add a contract line 

In order to add a contract line, click Add Line.

In the New line item screen, PSOhub will have automatically selected the first line item group as well as the next available Line ID. You can change both by clicking on the drop down arrow. 

Now give a name to your contract line, select a Type and define the Amount and Budget fields accordingly. 
Note: The name must not contain the apostrophe character (') or the quote character (").

Once you are done with the modification, simply click Save.

Delete a contract line 

Click the contract line you wish to delete. And in the next screen, hit Delete. 

Note that if time or expense entries have been booked towards this contract line, you won't be able to delete it.
