In the following video you will get an overview of how to create an invoice in PSOhub.
For a complete understanding on how to perform invoicing, please take a look at the rest of the article below.

Manual Invoicing

In PSOhub, you can invoice your projects manually via your project or directly from the Invoices module.

You can invoice your T&M contract lines separately from your Fixed Fee contract lines or altogether; invoice only one contract line at a time or have multiple lines on one invoice.

Furthermore, in the general information of your project you can define your invoice's level of details (Summary or Detailed) for your T&M contract lines, as well as identify specific information to appear on the invoice.

In addition to being able to create an invoice in PSOhub, you can:

Finally, you can approve and send your invoices from your projects or from the Invoices module.

Automatic invoicing (Smart contract Invoicing)

In PSOhub, you can leverage automatic invoicing. There are four options:

Manual invoicing is the default setting for all contract lines and allows you to manually invoice the whole amount or only a partial amount at a time.

As with manual invoicing you can:

  • Define your invoice's level of details (Summary or Detailed) for your T&M contract lines as well as identify specific information to appear on the invoice (via the General information of your project).

  • Modify or delete an invoice in Draft stage (be aware however that if you delete an invoice that was automatically generated, you won't be able to generate this invoice again).

  • Generate a credit note (partial or complete)

Finally, you can set up the invoices to be first generated as drafts (via the General information of your project) which will allow you to review them prior to being approved and sent.

Manual invoicing and Smart Contract invoicing

Because manual invoicing and smart contract invoicing are set at the contract line level, you can leverage both options in one single project, e.g. a fixed fee installment with due dates for one contract line and a T&M for another contract line.
