Understand the layout of the Timesheet Grid

To access the Timesheet grid, choose from the menu Time & Expenses and Timesheet grid.

The Timesheet Grid looks as follows:

  • In the top-left of the screen: the name of the user.

  • In the top-centre of the screen:

    • The hours registered this week / the number of hours per week (for that user. This information is defined at the user level under the User Management settings).

    • The percentage of utilization of the user for the week. This calculation is based on time booked towards external projects (it will exclude internal projects, vacation time and absence.) divided by the number of hours per week of the employee.

  • In the top-right of the screen:

    • Copy previous week: This will allow you to copy the contract lines and roles of the time entries booked in the previous week, It will not bring over the number of hours or descriptions.

    • Add new line: This will allow you to book time (against a Project, Absence, Holiday or Internal project) for the displayed week.

    • Save: Once you have completed your time entries, click this button to save your hours.

By default, PSOhub will display the current week but you can navigate to previous of next weeks via the left and right arrows.

Finally the options Work week / Week will switch the timesheet from a week view to a full week view and allow you to book time during the weekend.
