You have just finalized the configuration of the ZAP "Add contract lines from PSPOhub as task lists in Teamwork", generated your project and task lists in TeamWork as well as booked a time entry towards that project.

You are now ready to finalize the configuration of the second PSOhub ZAP "Create timesheet in PSOhub with new time entries in Teamwork". This will allow your time entries in Teamwork to be posted back to PSOhub.

In Zapier, enter PSOhub in the overal Search field and select the app.

In the next screen, connect TeamWork to PSOhub.

Now scroll down; you will find here the two standard templates necessary for the integration of PSOhub to TeamWork.

Click Learn more of the second ZAP "Create timesheet in PSOhub with new time entries in TeamWork". And then Try It.

From here execute the following steps:

Under 1. New Time Entry in Teamwork / Choose Account - use the dropdown arrow to select your Teamwork account and hit Continue.

Now hit Test trigger.

Validate that the information displayed corresponds to the selected time entry.

Hit Continue.

Under 2. Find Project in Teamwork / Choose App & Event - validate that Teamwork is displayed in the first field and that Find Project is in the second field.

Hit Continue.

Under Choose Account - use the dropdown arrow to select your TeamWork account.

Hit Continue.

Under Customize Project - validate that the field Search for displays: Time Entry Project ID (followed by a number).

Hit Continue.

Now hit Test & Continue.

Under 3. Find Person in Teamwork / Choose Account - use the dropdown arrow to select your TeamWork account.

Hit Continue.

Under Customize Person- validate that the field Search for displays Time Entry Person ID (followed by a number)

Hit Continue.

Now hit Test & Continue.

Under 4. Create Timesheet in PSOhub / Choose Account - use the dropdown arrow to select your PSOhub account.

Hit Continue.

Under Customize Timesheet validate that the following fields are as below:

  • Project field: Time Entry Project Name.

  • LineID field : Time Entry Todo List Name.

  • Date & Time From field: Time Entry Date User Perspective.

  • Hours field : Time Entry Hours.

  • Minutes field : Time Entry Minutes.

  • Description field : Time Entry Description.

Once you are done, hit Continue.

And Test & Continue.

Your last step will be to turn on ZAP.

Navigate to PSOhub and open the project that was also created in TeamWork. You will see time posted in the Used column of the contract as well as in the Hours section (right section of the project screen). Keep in mind that it might take 3-4 minutes for the information to be posted and that you might have to refresh your browser.
