Projects can be created:
As a stand alone in PSOhub, i.e. without a CRM deal/opportunity.
From a deal in HubSpot, in SalesForce, in Dynamics 365
From a contact in Hubspot
From a company in HubSpot
In addition to external/billable projects, you can also create internal projects.
No matter the project however the creation will always follow the steps below:
Select your team members and define your rates
Set up your budget / workload sheet (optional)
Create and manage your project's tasks (optional)
Identify your project manager and set your project to Active.
Once your project is set to Active, you will be ready to book time and expenses as well as execute your project's tasks. These entries will automatically feed your project as well as project's dashboards and reports.
Finally you will be able to invoice your project, either manually or via the automatic invoicing features of PSOhub.
