In PSOhub you can set up your milestones to be invoiced upon completion.

When creating your milestone use the dropdown arrow to select the contract line (whether it is a Fixed Fee or a T&M) to be invoiced upon completion.

When the milestone is marked as completed, PSOhub will display the following message:

Hit Continue; the invoice will now be automatically generated for the contract line related to this milestone.
