Within each project you will find the PROGRESS and PREDICTIVE tabs that will provide you with the key performance indicators of your project:
In the PROGRESS tab, you will find the following indicators:
Indicator | Description |
Used vs Budget | The graph will present you for each contract line the value of the Amount, Budget and Used. |
Hours booked | The number of hours booked. |
Expenses | The value of expenses booked - this will be rounded up to the nearest thousand. |
Invoiced/Paid | The value of invoices sent and invoices paid. This will be rounded up to the nearest thousand. |
In the PREDICTIVE tab, you will find the analysis insights on how your project will be performing in the next 12 months or until the expected project end date (left panel of the project):
How does the predictive calculation work?
PSOhub will look at the last two months of hours that have been booked on a project. This is to make sure that it has the most recent hours booking "behavior" for a project.
It then checks what the percentage difference is between the two months to determine an increase.
This percentage is used to see how much will be used each month for the next twelve months or until the expected project end date.
The graph is built up to show the actual used in green and the expected increase in orange.
Above that is a line that shows the total budget for a project. The red dot shows at which month we expect the project to go over budget.
The graph will update in real time, meaning that if you book hours during the current month, the expected amount for that month will be lowered and the total is higher.
Tiles below the graph
Below the graph you will find the following indicators:
Indicator | Description |
Project value | The value in the Total Project Value field of your project. This will be rounded up to the nearest thousand. |
Budget vs Used | The value of your budget. A green arrow facing upwards will indicate that you are still within your budget. A red arrow facing downwards will indicate that you have exceeded your project. In the bottom right you will see the value of booked hours and expenses. This will be rounded up to the nearest thousand. |
Available budget | The value of the Budget minus Used. This will be rounded up to the nearest thousand. |
