Note: You can integrate Dynamics 365 with your existing PSOhub account or integrate with Dynamics 365 as you create your PSOhub account. This article will cover both scenarios.

1. Integrate Dynamics 365 with your existing PSOhub account.

  • Navigate to the Settings (in the main menu, click on the Gear icon) of PSOhub and go to Marketplace. Here, under Customer relationship management (CRM) and in the tile Dynamics 365, click Connect.

  • The following message box will appear, click Proceed.

  • The following dialog box will appear:

  • Enter the URL for your Dynamics organization and click Save.

  • Once you are connected you will be brought back to PSOhub where you will see that the tile Dynamics 365 now displays "Disconnect".

Note: PSOhub comes with example data of contact, company, projects and invoices to get you familiar with them prior to creating your own. If you wish to get started right away, you can already create a project from a Dynamics 365 opportunity.

Next steps:

2. Integrate with Dynamics 365 while you create your PSOhub Account

In the next screen you can:

  • Enter your email address and hit START YOUR FREE TRIAL, and integrate with Dynamics 365 at a later time (see section above).

  • Or, in the Signup section, click on Dynamics 365 and integrate with Dynamics 365 at the same time as you create your account.

  • The Dynamics 365 page will open, prompting you to enter the URL for your account and email address:

  • Click Save.

  • Once this is done, the following screen will appear; go ahead and complete it to finalize the creation of your account.

Note: PSOhub comes with example data of contact, company, projects and invoices to get you familiar with them prior to creating your own. If you wish to get started right away, you can already create a project from a Dynamics 365 opportunity.
