Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) works by adding an additional layer of security to your PSOhub account. It requires an additional login credential – beyond just your username and password – to gain account access.

Set up Two-Factor Authentication

Navigate to your personal account settings (top-right menu, Profile & Preferences):

The My Account dialog box appears. Scroll to the bottom and select Setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

The Setup 2FA dialog appears. Select either E-mail or Authenticator as 2FA method and how many times you wanted to be prompted to enter an authentication code:

If you select Email, simply save and its enabled. For Authenticator, click Next and you see the dialog box below:

Scan the QR code with your Authenticator app. Afterwards, open the newly added PSOhub and enter the Authentication code from the app and press Validate.

If valid, the settings will be saved and you will have successfully set up your 2FA!

Disable Two Factor Authentication

If you are unable to log into PSOhub via 2FA, for example if you have lost your authenticator device, or are having issues with your authenticator app, you will need to raise a support ticket via Live Chat for assistance.

If you are still able to log in but wish to disable 2FA:

  1. Navigate to Profile & Preferences

  2. The My Account dialog box appears. Scroll to the bottom and click on Disable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) and follow the prompts to complete the process.

For further assistance with this, please contact our support team via Live Chat.
