Just before our new task board 2.0 release we wanted to release some improvements to the QuickBooks integration and the Project Workload.

By popular demand, PSOhub is now filling the field "Message on Invoice" of the invoice in QuickBooks with: the Project Number - Project Name and, if it contains a description, the reference field of the PSOhub invoice.

Improved UI
We have made some UI changes to the screen. The top and bottom part of the screen are now always fixed and the scrolling only happens within the list of projects. This should make it easier to use with a lot of projects.
You can now also click on a project title to go directly to the project from a project detail workload screen.
New filters and number now displayed
We added new filters that will allow you to select multiple stages for both your projects and/or quote when reporting in the project workload.
Just remember to click on the orange button Apply to confirm your selection. Once confirmed, it will remain as is until you modify it again, even if you navigate away and come back.
You will also see now the number of your project / quote under the name of your projects/quotes. This will facilitate differentiating between the two when selecting both for reporting purposes.
