The integration between HubSpot and PSOhub exists on three levels: Deal, Contact and Company, and Service ticket, as shown below:

Deal level - create project

When promoting a deal to a PSOhub Project, the following fields are sent to PSOhub:

  • Deal name

  • Deal description

  • Deal amount

  • Company

  • Contacts:

    • Contacts related to the company deal

    • Contacts related to the company

These HubSpot fields are populated in the PSOhub project as shown below. If you click on Edit contacts the additional contacts related to the company are shown:

These contacts are stored in the Contacts module:

The PSOhub Activity feeds are synchronised with the HubSpot deal.

The project value can be pushed to the deal:

The project value will update the deal value:

Deal level - create quote

When promoting a deal to a PSOhub Quote, the following fields are sent to PSOhub:

  • Deal name

  • Deal description

  • Company

  • Contacts

Company level - create project

When promoting a company to a PSOhub Project, only the Company and Contact fields are sent to PSOhub:

Company level - create service project

When creating a Service Project from a HubSpot customer, the company name and contacts are carried over to PSOhub:

These fields are shown in the project. The Tickets contract group will log all HubSpot service tickets raised for this customer. Time can be logged against the tickets in HubSpot and these hours are synchronised in PSOhub. The hours and values of these hours are represented in the project.

Service ticket level - create a ticket

When a ticket has been raised, the company and contacts can be added. Time can be logged and is synchronised with PSOhub:

In the service project, the value of the hours is displayed in the contract line of the ticket and the number of hours are found in the Hours pane on the right-hand side:
