In this article you will learn how to configure PSOhub:

  • if you have multiple business units but are integrating with one financial software

  • if you need to connect multiple business units to their respective financial software

Note: In order to integrate with one or multiple financial software(s) you must first finalize your business unit structure.

Single integration with a financial software

If you have multiple business units but are integrating with one financial software, you will need to connect it with the business unit located at the very top of your structure.

To do so, follow the steps below:

  • Click the business unit and in the pop up window, check the box "inherit financials to child business units" and close the window.

  • Navigate to MarketPlace and Integrations.

  • In the sub menu select the business unit located at the very top of your structure; it will be identified with the label (Master) next to its name.

  • From here, connect to your financial software.

โ€‹Note: it will not be possible for you to select any other business unit of the sub menu. As soon as you click on one of them, you will see the following message:

  • Once you have connected with your financial software, navigate back to the Business Unit menu.

  • Click on the business unit located at the very top of your structure.

  • You will see that the integration is now displayed.

Multiple integrations with their respective business unit

If you need to connect multiple business units to their respective financial software, you will need to follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the Business Unit menu and click on the business unit located at the very top of your structure.

  • Uncheck the box "inherit financials to child business units" and close the window.

  • Navigate to MarketPlace and Integrations.

  • In the sub menu select the business unit you wish to connect to a financial software.

  • From here, connect to the financial software you need to integrate with this business unit.

  • Once you have connected with your financial software, navigate back to the Business Unit menu.

  • Open the business unit you have just connected to the financial software. You will see that the integration is now displayed.

  • Check the box Inherit financials to child business units if not child business units will integrate with a different financial software.

  • Now repeat the same steps for all the business units you need to connect to a different financial software.
