In the following video, you will get an overview of how to modify a resource's time entry in PSOhub.

During the lifetime of a project, an Admin, Controller or Project Manager may need to modify time entries logged by their resources. In PSOhub, there are two ways to perform this:

  1. In the Hours overview list

  2. In the Hours section of a project.

1. The Hours overview list

Choose from the menu Time & Expenses and Hours:

The Hours overview appears:

By clicking on Filters you can refine the hours list by selecting the name of your resource, customer or project:

Once you have the desired results, click on the time entry to be modified, where the Edit registration dialog box appears:

You can amend the resource's time entry for the Date, Number of hours, Time classification, Customer, Project, Line ID, Task, Role or Description. Then, click Save.

Note: To change the project for a resource's time entry, make sure that the resource is a team member for that project.

Note: To change the customer, you need to select the blank entry to reset the customer drop-down list, before the full customer list appears:

2. The Hours section of a project

Time entry changes can also be made directly in the project.

Open the desired project and in the right-hand pane, under the Hours section, click on Show all related hours.

The project's hours overview appears:

Click on Filters to refine the hours list by resource, customer or project:

From the list of time entries, select the time entry to be modified. In the Edit registration dialog box, you can edit the necessary fields: Date, Number of hours, Customer, Project, Line ID, Task, Role or Description.

Click Save.
