In PSOhub, as a guest account you can manage your own tasks and create new ones for plans to which you already belong. You can also view plans where you have been added as a member.

1.My Tasks
Choose from the menu Plans and My Tasks. This view will allow each user to see all the tasks assigned to them.
Note: By default, only tasks with the status To do and In progress will appear. If you wish to also see all completed tasks, make sure you filter on status Completed.
List view
By default, the tasks will be displayed with the List view under the categories: Overdue, Due Today, Upcoming, Unplanned and Completed.

Here, you will find the status of the task, checklist, milestone flag, attached files, board name, assigned resources, start and due date, effort, used and priority.

To update the status of a task as Completed, simply click on the circle located at the top left of the task.
To update the status of a task from To do to In progress, or a milestone from this view, click on the task to open it and update the Status field.
The In progress status will be changed indicating half a circle in the Task list.
From this list, one click on the Status circle will update the task directly to the Completed stage and will be removed from the My Tasks list. To see all completed tasks, you can use the filter Completed.
A click on a completed task will bring it back to the status Not started. To change the status to: In progress you have to open the task and select the status In Progress. I.e. it is possible to move back a task to its previous stages.
To access a file attached to a task, simply click on the task to open it:
To update the sub-task(s) of a task, click on the check list icon, where the task will expand and display all sub tasks. Click on the Add a checklist item link to create a new sub task.
To edit existing sub tasks, click on the main task name to open it and then click the CHECKLIST tab.

From here, you can also update any notes and/or files for the task in the NOTES & FILES tab.
Plan view
To change the view to display the tasks as cards, click on the Plan side-menu:

The view will show the name of the projects and tasks assigned to you. Each card will show the name of the task, who has been assigned, the level of priority as well its due date. You can also update the completion of your sub-tasks.
To update the status of a task as Completed, simply click on the circle located at the top left of the task.
To update the status of a task from To do to In progress, open the task by clicking on the task name and change the status in the GENERAL tab.
To access a file attached to a task, add a note, or mention, click on the name of the task and and click on the NOTES & FILES tab:
Tasks by Week view
To change the view to display all tasks due for a given week, click on the Tasks by Week side-menu:
The Date period defines the starting week displayed (first column).
Kanban view
To change the view to display your tasks' progress based on specific stages, click on the Kanban side-menu. Use the drag and drop to move the tasks and update their stage.
2. Plans
Under the Plans view (choose from the main menu Plans, Plans), you can display your plans in the following views:
Plan
List
Kanban
Timeline
Team
Conversations
Files
Plan view
The plan will display tasks as cards under their respective task list. This is the default view of a plan.
The plan will also display the following information:
Initials of the resource(s)
If you have selected one resource, PSOhub will display the picture of this person (if uploaded). If you have selected multiple resources PSOhub will display an icon with a plus symbol to represent more than one resource.Priority, colour coded as Red = High Medium = Orange and Low = Green.
Due date.
Check list tasks.
List view
This view will display in a list all of your tasks under their respective task list.
It will display the following information:
Name of the resource(s)
Priority
Start and Due date
Task effort
Used (booked) time on a task
A flag if it is a milestone task.
Here, you can also order and/or filter the tasks with the following parameters:
Kanban view
The Kanban view is a tool used to visually present a workflow, designed to help you bring clarity to your work process and improve efficiency by limiting work in progress.
PSOhub's Kanban view components consists of the following:
Kanban cards
The visual representation of tasks. Each card contains information about the task and its status, such as a deadline, assignee, etc.Kanban columns
Each column on the board represents a different stage of your workflow (To do, Work in progress and Done.) In the Project's Plan and when a card's (task) has changed status from To do to In progress or Completed, you can click on the Kanban tab and move the card to the relevant Kanban lane within the workflow. This will provide you with the latest status on open tasks and possible delays.
Timeline (Gantt chart)
This view will display all your tasks under their respective task list in a Gantt chart based on the Start and Due dates.
Team view
The Team view lists the resources assigned to the plan, their role(s) and rates:
Conversations view
This view helps set clear expectations, facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, manage stakeholders, and improve team performance. By prioritizing conversations, project managers can ensure that their projects run smoothly and achieve their desired outcomes.
Files view
This view displays any files attached to tasks as an aid to support the resources assigned to the task(s).
