Here’s what’s new
Timesheet Grid Autosave and Groupings
We’ve made managing your timesheets more seamless with two major enhancements:

Autosave: Your changes are now automatically saved as you update your timesheet, eliminating the need for manual saving. No more worries about losing progress!

Groupings: Organize your timesheet data effortlessly with new grouping options. Categorize entries based on projects (Billable and Internal), holidays and absence for a clearer and more structured view.
These improvements ensure a smoother, more efficient timesheet experience - so you can focus on your work without interruptions!

Plan templates with Duration, Start and Due dates
We’re making project planning even more efficient with Plan Templates that now include Duration, Start, and Due Dates!
Auto-Calculated Dates: In the Plan template, tasks now come with predefined durations, and start and due dates. These will be automatically calculated for a seamless timeline in projects.
This update ensures more accurate planning, helping you stay on track and meet deadlines with ease. Try it out today! 🚀
Auto-completion based on Tasks
We’re introducing Auto-completion based on tasks to give you better control and visibility over task progress!

Effort-Based Progress: Task completion is now tied to the effort, ensuring more accurate tracking.

Automatic Percentage Updates: As you mark tasks as Completed, the related contract line's completion percentage is automatically updated based on weighted effort.

Greater visibility and maintained flexibility: You will get a clearer picture of progress based on actual work done; but will still be able to overwrite the completion % if you want to!
With this enhancement, task tracking becomes more precise, helping teams stay aligned and on schedule.
Enhancements & Improvements
We’re always working to make your experience better! This release includes several improvements to boost efficiency, usability, and performance. Here’s what’s new:

We’re introducing a new field Location in the property section of your projects, making it easier to track and manage project-specific locations!

Location is a filtered column in the Projects overview and will be exported to Excel.

We’ve also added the field Remark in the property section of your projects, giving you a dedicated space for important notes and context! Remark is available as a filtered column in the Projects overview and will be exported to Excel.

WIP Calculation is now budget based for both T&M and Fixed Fees and is reflected as such in your project's Key Performance Indicator.

Overdue task email notifications are back! Remember to enable them in your notification settings.

Introducing the Auto-Project Number column in your Project List! This new column automatically sorts your projects by creation date, making it easy to quickly find your oldest or newest projects. You will find it in the Edit columns drop-down of the Project List.

We've added a tab "My Tasks" to the All Tasks list. While filtering on any of the columns displayed in the All Tasks list, you can now log time and mark tasks as completed.

The Target End Date (Go-live date) will be displayed in the project properties. This property is available as a filtered column in the Projects overview and will be exported to Excel.

In the Invoices overview and the Overdue tab, you will now only see Sent and Approved invoices, instead of invoices with all stages.

Phone numbers for project contacts are now visible to users defined with the Team Member Plus or Project Manager basic access level.

The confirmation message for deactivating a user license has been updated for better clarity.
