Exact Online integration

Connect to Exact Online for Germany and Belgium
We're pleased to announce that PSOhub now integrates with Exact Online for Germany and Belgium, enabling seamless financial data synchronization. By clicking the Exact Online Connect button, you can choose your preferred country:

Invoice Period Start and End Date
You can now define a specific start and end date for invoice periods, providing greater flexibility and accuracy in billing cycles.
The Project's 'Location' property to be sent to QuickBooks Online
If the project location differs from the company's location to be invoiced, the project location can be included with the invoice sent to QuickBooks Online
Invoice Sent and Paid date stamp when integrated with a financial software
Invoices will now be stamped with a date indicating when the invoice is sent, as well as when it is marked as paid in the integrated financial software.
The Date sent and Date paid fields are available in the PSOhub data tables for custom Odata reporting.
Resource Working Hours API Method
The new Resource Working Hours API Method allows for the setting and updating of working hours for specific team members directly through the PSOhub API. By specifying a start week and year, this method updates all future workweeks automatically.
Absence or Holiday API Method
With the Absence or Holiday API Method, absences and holidays can be scheduled through the API, automatically reflecting these changes on the Scheduler, Absence Calendar and Resource Planning.
PSOhub Insights for HubSpot changes
A new column HubSpot Custom Object ID is now available on the Project Grid. This provides visibility of the HubSpot Record ID associated with each PSOhub project. Projects which are not present in HubSpot will show with a HubSpot Custom Object ID of 0.
To maintain data consistency between PSOhub and HubSpot, PSOhub now automatically deletes corresponding time sheets and expenses in HubSpot when they are deleted from PSOhub.
Read-only access to Timesheet Calendar from the Team Lead Approvals overview and Resources record
Approving multiple lists of time entries for resources across multiple projects can be overwhelming. To simplify this process, you can now see a visual representation of a resource's weekly time entries by clicking Open Timesheet Calendar. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the hours to be approved in a read-only format, allowing the Admin or Controller to easily see when the hours were booked.
If you have Admin rights, you can also see a visual representation of a resource's weekly time entries by clicking the Timesheet Calendar tab located in that user's record under Contacts|Resources.
Improved expense styling on the invoice specification page
The expenses layout on the specification page has been enhanced with additional space for displaying expense descriptions.
Import contacts from multiple financial integrations connected to different business units
Contacts can now be imported by searching all financial integrations connected to different business units.
For example, when your organization uses multiple business units and each of them is connected to a different financial solution, you can import contacts in the Contacts module where a search across the integrated financial solutions will be performed and the results are displayed in PSOhub, before selecting the desired contacts and importing them.
Import project template for HubSpot service projects
By leveraging the import project data template, the HubSpot Company ID and a service project data type (TRUE/FALSE) can be entered. When the data is imported in PSOhub, a service project is created and the HubSpot company record will display a deep-link directly to the PSOhub service project.
Tasks by Kanban
When selecting a Business Unit in the filter of Tasks by Kanban (Task Management), PSOhub will display all tasks assigned to a resource of that business unit. This will allow you to manage your Kanban by team.
Fixes

Previously, when the Budget (Sales) value is entered in the contract template for a T&M contract line, the value disappears. This is now resolved.

German translation for the Project properties has been corrected.

When a contract template is deleted, the linked budget template is also deleted.
