Import plan template, HubSpot ticket categories and other feature improvements

Dear PSOhub Users,

We’re excited to roll out PSOhub version 5.3, packed with powerful enhancements to help you manage your projects even more efficiently. This update brings new capabilities for planning, improved usability, and essential fixes.

New Features & Enhancements

Import Plan Templates

Administrators in PSOhub can now bulk import new plan templates using the new Import feature, complete with task lists, tasks and checklist items.

 

HubSpot ticket categories sync with PSOhub Service Projects

PSOhub now supports syncing HubSpot ticket categories directly with service projects, enabling better alignment between your support workflows and project management. This enhancement ensures tickets are categorized and linked to the appropriate contract group in PSOhub's service projects for streamlined tracking and reporting.

 

Audit Tracking for Project Target End Date

Any changes made to a project's Target End Date are now recorded on the Activity tab of the project. A new field Original Target End Date is also available from the Edit Project window.

 

User Settings Upgrade

The User Settings now allows filtering on all fields and also includes a direct link to the user’s Dashboard, making it easier to navigate and access key insights quickly.

 

Improvements & Fixes

  • Enhanced Utilization Report
    The Utilization report now highlights absences and holidays when planned hours exceed a user's available capacity, providing better visibility into overallocations.

  • Kanban Board Update on Task Completion
    Marking a task as complete will now automatically move it to the corresponding lane on the Kanban board (lane defined with the status Completed).

  • Improved Task Name Display on Kanban Board
    Task names on the Kanban board now wrap, making it easier to read longer titles.

  • Fixes:

    • Absences are now consistently displayed in both the Timesheet Calendar and Timesheet Grid views for improved transparency and planning accuracy.

    • Task-level dependencies are once again visible, allowing for clearer visualization of task relationships within project plans.

    • The Resource KPI Tiles tiles showing days spent on projects, internal work, and other KPIs are now visible when opening a resource record. ​
