Create a Task Report in PSOhub

View and export assigned work, status, effort and progress across plans

PSOhub does not currently offer a direct "Export to Excel" feature for plans. However, you can export this information through the All Tasks page. This guide will walk you through the steps to generate this report.

Navigate to the All Tasks Page

  1. Log in to PSOhub.

  2. From the main menu, select Plans.

  3. Under the Plans section, locate and click on All Tasks. This page displays a comprehensive list of all tasks across your plans.

Filter and customize the report

  1. In the top-right corner, click on Edit Columns

  2. From the dropdown menu, select the fields you'd like to include in your export. Select columns and only include information that's needed

Column Order Matters In Your Export

When exporting data from PSOhub, the order of the columns in your export file is based on the layout shown on-screen at the time of export. This means:

  • If you’ve rearranged columns in your PSOhub list view, your export will reflect that custom order.
  • Any hidden columns in your current view will not be included in the export.
  • To ensure consistency across reports, set your preferred column order and visibility before exporting.

Before exporting, double-check your column layout in PSOhub to avoid confusion or missing data in your spreadsheet.

Export the task report

  1. Once the desired tasks are showing on the All Tasks grid, click on Export to Excel in the top-right corner.
  2. Save the exported file to your computer.
  3. Open the exported file in your spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
  4. Review the data and adjust formatting as needed for reporting or sharing.

Working with Excel Functions

When exporting tasks from PSOhub, certain fields such as Effort, Duration, and Used are formatted as text by default. This can prevent you from using Excel formulas like SUM() or AVERAGE() directly on these fields.

To make your data calculation-ready, use the following new fields available in the export:

  • Effort (Excel)
  • Duration (Excel)
  • Used (Excel)

These fields are formatted as numeric values, so you can apply Excel functions without needing to manually convert the data type.

💡 Tip: Always look for the “(Excel)” version of a field if you plan to perform calculations in your exported spreadsheet.
