With this release we have launched two handy features that will facilitate your work!
And we've also enhanced the PSOhub Odata feed to help you even more with your reporting needs!
A pdf for the non digital signature process of your quotes!
You can now leverage a pdf for the non digital signature process of your quotes. With this new feature you will be able to publish your quote as a pdf and update its status to "signed" directly in the quote's screen.
We've also made it possible to preview your quote in a pdf format prior to publishing it!
Create workload sheet templates to automatically generate your budget!
As with task board templates, you can now create workload sheet templates based on your contract templates and have predefined budgets brought into your projects with the click of a button.
New fields to help you with reporting!
We've added the Tag field to the contract lines of your contract templates. This will allow you to search on these tags within PSOhub but also when leveraging the PSOhub Odata feed (just remember to refresh your tables!).
We've also added to the PSOhub Odata feed:

The table of the Kanban board so you can view the status of all the tasks of your project based on your kanban lanes.

The field "Source" in the Timesheets table; it will display the source of the time entry.

Manual: this represents all time entries confirmed and saved by the user.

Outlook: this represents entries coming from Outlook or Google Calendar but not yet confirmed and saved in PSOhub.

TimeLineHistory: this represents time entries that were automatically assigned (to a project) and saved by PSOhub.

Finally we've added the Project type field when exporting the Project List to Excel.
