PSOhub 2.9.9 - Summer Edition
Improvements, improvements, improvements....
We are happy to bring to you this Summer Edition; it includes a lot of minor improvements, some bug fixes and overall user experience improvements!
Project and Quote Stages
We've given the stages a new look! You can find this new look in the Quote, Project and Invoice screens. To change the status of your project or quote, simply click on the desired stage and you will see it turn green.
We've also changed the stages available at the project level as two of them were rarely used and caused confusion. You will now find four stages:
Proposal - Active - Closed - Archived
Note: We've converted the few projects that where on the old pending or signed to be set to proposal.
Invoice Stages
We've given the invoice's stages a new look as well!
The stage will be automatically updated as you leverage one of the action buttons of the screen.
Multi delete contract lines
We have now added the possibility to remove contract lines in bulk. This, of course, is only possible if a line has no Used or Invoiced amount on it. The box that showed "active" lines is now gone and reused for selecting lines to delete; it will appear when hoovering your mouse over the contract line and allow you to click it.
A confirmation bar at the left bottom of your screen will appear once you've checked the contract lines and will allow you to delete them in bulk.
Contract line deactivated
It still remains possible to deactivate a contract line.
They will now appear greyed out so it's still visually clear that the line is not active.
Small upgrade of the Lists
We have given the Lists a little upgrade with removing white space and moving the filters next to the title of the page. This will also help users on small screens to see as much information as possible.
Tooltips Update
We have updated all tooltips in the application and also added new ones. Almost all tooltips now include a link to a related article for more information on the subject.
Mass import Companies
It is now possible to use an excel file to mass import/update company data. This is a great feature if you want to migrate data from another system or if you are finally switching from excel project management to PSOhub ;)

Effort Notifications
We've added two new notifications to help you out with managing effort on tasks.
Task Notifications for guests
Guests will now be able to receive notifications about tasks! We have made all task notifications that are available to team members also available for guests.
Planned vs Used in Capacity overview
We have changed the progress bar of the Used section of the Capacity Overview: it now displays the remaining planned hours (vs used) for each resource.
Weekly view my tasks
We have added the Tasks by week to My Tasks so you can more easily manage your workload each week.
New popups
We have updated several popups to use the new, right-side full screen look and feel, we already use in several places. We've also updated the contract line popup to make it more accessible.
We also have a new look for the contract line! The box Enable Smart Contract has been removed, giving you easier access to the budget alerts. And the Invoicing details are now in a separate tab, bringing in one single place all that is related to billing.
Utilization calculation in resource dashboard
We have made a change to exclude internal projects from the utilization calculation of the resource dashboard. This was already done for the personal utilization setting.
IMPORTANT: At least one timesheet needs to be booked/saved to trigger the new percentage in the utilization dashboard.
Other improvements & fixes

The OData feed now includes the table related to Contract Group (remember to refresh all when generating your next OData report!)

You can no longer book time on a task list linked to an expense line

The effort field in the task popup can now handle decimals

Copying over a task board template now copies over the milestone and recurring settings

A business unit is now created when you create a new sub organization

Updating your team members in the business unit now also updates the total member count
