Custom invoice settings per Business Unit; New search feature for deals in PSOhub, Used hours in task list view and much more!

The November release of PSOhub brings with it a few appealing and much anticipated improvements of our solution.

Custom invoice settings per business unit

A much anticipated feature was to be able to have custom invoice settings per business unit. In this release, we have incorporated this.

 

 

Search deals/opportunities in PSOhub

Say goodbye to the drop-down list of deals when using the CRM integrations. From now on, we will provide you with a sleek search screen where you can directly search for deals/opportunities. Found one? Create a project right away, all inside of PSOhub.

Booking time on a task via the Timesheet Calendar or Grid / see total time booked on a task

We have included the possibility to select a task when booking time in the Timesheet Calendar and in the Timesheet Grid. PSOhub will display the list of all tasks not marked as completed that are related to the contract line of the time entry. This will also be possible from the Hours overview and the Hours section of a project.

 

Additionally, we will also keep track of all the time booked on a task and show this in the list view of the task board as well as in All Tasks list and My Tasks.

Other improvements

  • You can now convert the workload sheet of a project to a template.

  • We have improved the look and feel of the Timesheet Grid; the hovering feature will also allow you to see the project number.

  • The projects behind a dashboard tile are now clickable.

  • Public holiday is excluded from the dashboard vacation hours.

  • The overdue invoice and task emails are simplified.

  • The invoice contract line description is now synced to the Note field in Exact Online.

  • The phone number can now be imported to companies and is visible in the company record in PSOhub.

  • A company can now have a second address that you can define as a physical address.

  • Clicking the organization settings now opens the user management as a first page.
