Quick Add / Favorite
To make more use of the always present menu bar, you can now create all data directly from there with the + button.
Your favorite project, always one (ok two) clicks away? Use the star icon to always access your 15 most recent favorite projects right away.
We have also removed the company name next to your personal profile and made the PSOhub logo smaller so there is more room for the toolbar on smaller screen sizes.
Workload (sheet)
You can now easily access the Workload (sheet) of your project directly from the contract page by clicking the new button Budget & Workload.
The contract template can now be found via the ellipsis button or the Quick Start.
We have changed the look and feel of the workload and made it faster than ever!

It is now easier to see the sub-totals and totals

Instead of showing all zeros, we now show an empty field that will change to zero when hovering over it.

Entering planned hours will now come close to Excel-like speed in terms of calculating the totals.
Project Workload (Overview)
The Project Workload (Overview) now has the same look and feel as the Workload (sheet). Another important change is that the system will no longer automatically update the header (Planned | Remaining) and footer (Total this year) each time a value changes within a project. No need to worries however! A simple click on the button Update grand total will give you the information within seconds. You will also see on the left top corner when the update of the header and footer was last done.
The filters have also been updated with the following changes:

Projects will now display projects with the stage Proposal or Active.

Quotes will now display quotes with the stage Draft or Submitted.
Capacity Overview
The Capacity Overview is the last screen to have gone through a major update; it has now the same look and feel as the Project Workload. As with the Project Workload, the system no longer automatically update the header (Capacity | Remaining) and footer (Total this year) each time a value changes within a project. No need to worries however! A simple click on the button Update will give you the information within seconds. You will also see on the left top corner when the update of the header and footer was last done.

You can change the language settings as a guest user

You can remove a logo from the invoice settings

Copying a previous week in the timesheet grid will now ask you to copy the description and/or hours. PSOhub will remember what you last selected

Invoices will appear on the company dashboard

GL accounts can be exported to Excel

You can no longer change hours of closed projects via the timesheet grid

Closed projects are no longer selected via the smart calendar sync

Active/Inactive users are added to the Export to Excel for User Management.

When leveraging the Recalculate feature, the cost rate of the time entries are now also recalculated.
Bug fixes

Budget alert notifications sent to project managers for contract lines where no budget alerts have been set or the contract line is well within the budget.
