Improvements
In this small service update we have made the following important improvements:

Book expenses on someone else's behalf
As with booking hours on someone's behalf you can now book expenses on behalf of a project's team member. This means that a project manager can book expenses for a team member when they are not able to.

Change a contract line's billing type when hours or expenses are already booked
After popular demand, it is now possible to change the billing type (fixed fee, expenses, t&m or retainer) of a contract line, regardless whether Used hours or expenses have already been booked. This means that when the contract line's Used column is populated, you can click this line and change the billing type from one to the other (in previous releases the billing type fields were locked after time or expenses were booked):

Task board check list to appear in List view when sent to a client as a "shareable link"
When a project's task board is shared with a client via the Create shareable link option, the tasks' check list will appear in the List view as well as in the Board view:

Project's name and reference field to appear in the Payment reference field of Exact Online
The Project's name and Reference field values will be pushed to Exact's Payment reference field.
Important: Exact's Payment Reference field is limited to 200 characters. Give careful thought to your naming convention for project names and the Reference field values.

Email notifications for new task assignments and mentions will receive a link to open the related task board.
