PSOhub 5.1.1 Pipedrive integration, Individual Contacts and much more!

Pipedrive, introducing individual contacts, budget toggle, WIP-based invoicing as well as enhancements for scheduling, timesheets and more!

This release is packed with exciting new features and enhancements! We’re thrilled to announce the integration with Pipedrive, along with the launch of individual contacts for our B2C users, automatic invoicing based on work-in-progress (WIP), and so much more!

New Features

  • Pipedrive integration: For businesses seeking to streamline both their sales and project management processes, PSOhub offers a seamless integration with Pipedrive.

 

  • Individual Contacts: Quotes and projects can now be created for individual contacts not associated with a company (B2C).

  • Budget Cost Toggle: When creating a detailed budget on the Budget Grid, you can now toggle the Budget Grid to show Cost Rate and Total Cost for quotes or projects.

  • Invoice based on WIP and Completion Management: Invoices can now be generated based on Work in Progress (WIP) or completion. This is enabled using the WIP checkbox on the Create Invoice screen.

Improvements/Bug Fixes

  • The Scheduler now shows days of the week when viewing in the Month view. Weekends are also now clearly highlighted, separating them from weekdays.

  • When updating Resource Planning from the Tasks tab of a project, PSOhub will now carry out calculations in the background. An email of completion will also be sent to the user once it has finished.

     

  • It is no longer possible to click on the Create button on the Timesheet Grid without first selecting a Time Classification.

  • The Project Manager Approval of Hours page now displays the Task field for individual time entries.

     

  • The fields on the Specification Sheet have now been correctly realigned.

  • New views Active, Closed, At Risk are now available for plans in the Plans Grid.

  • The Filter on business unit field now appears blank when adding roles or resources to a quote, plan or project, allowing all team members to be selected by default.

  • A new field PO number has now been added to quotes.

  • The Reference field for PSOhub invoices now syncs to the Reference field on Exact Online.

  • The default invoice templates have been updated so that the specification page is now properly aligned and more information fits on a single line

  • The Quote PDF is now available in Dutch. You can select a language in the Quote edit screen. By default, we take the selected regional settings to determine this.

  • The reference of an invoice now also shows on the specification page

  • Admins van can now disable 2FA for other users in the user management screen.

  • The column VATAmount has been removed from the OData table Invoices.
