Published 3 November 2025

Access PSOhub quickly and securely with Single Sign-On (SSO) using your Google or Microsoft account. In this article, you’ll learn what’s needed before signing in, how to set up SSO in PSOhub step by step, and how to resolve common access or configuration issues.

Before You Begin

Before signing into PSOhub with SSO, make sure your account meets the following requirements. They apply to both Google and Microsoft accounts.

✅ You already have an active PSOhub account
✅ You've accepted your invitation email and completed activation of your login
✅ Your PSOhub email address matches your Google or Microsoft account email exactly

SSO cannot be used to create new users automatically — administrators must first invite users into PSOhub.

If an administrator deactivates a user, that person will no longer be able to log in to PSOhub, even through SSO.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Here are common questions and solutions related to SSO with Google and Microsoft.

Can I still sign in using my PSOhub password?
Yes. Single Sign-On (SSO) is optional. With SSO enabled on your login, you still have the option to log in with your PSOhub email and password.

Do I need to enable SSO for my organization?
No. SSO is available automatically for all users in PSOhub. Administrators do not need to enable this in organization settings.

Can SSO be used to create new users automatically?
No. Administrators must first invite new users in PSOhub. The user also needs to open the invite link emailed to them. Once their login is active in PSOhub, they can sign in through Google or Microsoft.

Does PSOhub support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Yes. If MFA is enabled for your Google or Microsoft account, it automatically applies when you log in to PSOhub. If you have MFA enabled for your PSOhub login, you will also be prompted to complete this when logging in.

What happens if a user is deactivated on PSOhub?
Deactivated users can't access PSOhub through SSO or password login until an administrator reactivates them under Settings > Users.

What happens if a user is deactivated on SSO?
If a user has been deactivated on Microsoft or Google SSO, they will be unable to log into PSOhub using their Microsoft or Google login credentials. However, they can still log in using their PSOhub email address and password, as long as they have not been deactivated on PSOhub.

I'm seeing "Authentication Failed!" What does it mean?
Your Google or Microsoft email doesn't match your PSOhub login email. Check your Profile & Preferences to change this, or ask an administrator.

I removed PSOhub from my Google/Microsoft account permissions. How do I fix it?
Reconnect by clicking on "Login via Google" or "Login via Microsoft" again and grant access when prompted.

Can administrators enforce SSO-only login for their organization?
No, it's not possible to enforce this. Currently, users can log in with either SSO or their PSOhub password.

Does PSOhub store my Google or Microsoft password?
No. Authentication happens entirely through Google or Microsoft. PSOhub never stores your Google or Microsoft credentials.

I'm seeing "Session Expired" when I try to log in.
This means your login token timed out or your session was interrupted. Simply close the login window, return to the PSOhub login page, and sign in again via SSO.

My login keeps redirecting between PSOhub and Google/Microsoft.This can happen if your SSO permissions were revoked or corrupted. Remove PSOhub access from your Google/Microsoft account permissions, then click “Login via Google” or “Login via Microsoft” again to reconnect.
