Managing tasks efficiently is crucial for project success, and PSOhub provides a powerful All Tasks Overview feature to streamline this process. This centralized task management tool enables users to monitor, assign, and track tasks across multiple projects in one place. Key Features of the All Tasks Overview
Centralized Task Management
The All Tasks overview consolidates all tasks from different projects, offering users a unified view of their workload. Instead of navigating through individual project task lists, users can access and manage all tasks from a single dashboard.
To find All Tasks, choose from the menu Plans > All Tasks:

This overview offers multiple ways to visualize tasks, such as the My Tasks, All, To be completed and Overdue:
Each task in the overviews includes status indicators, allowing users to track progress in real time. Task owners can update statuses, log their time, add comments, and attach relevant files to keep project teams aligned. A report of the tasks can also be generated by clicking on the Export to Excel button.
Task Sorting and Filtering
PSOhub provides robust sorting and filtering options to help users focus on specific tasks. For example, tasks can be filtered by:

Status – Filter tasks by their completion status (To Do, In Progress, Completed).

Customer - select plans by customer name.

Plan - the plan specific tasks belong to.

Due Date – Prioritize upcoming deadlines.

Assigned User – View tasks by team member.
My Tasks tab
The My Tasks tab consolidates all tasks assigned to the logged in user assigned to a plan, providing a clear and organized view of their workload. This ensures users can focus on their priorities without navigating multiple project lists.
The user can log hours and update the status directly in this view, or they can click on the task to open and add additional information, such as notes and upload files:
The All tab
The All tab gathers all tasks from every project and plan, regardless of assignment, schedule, status, or overdue status.
Note: Users with admin and controller access levels will see all tasks for all projects. The project manager access level will see all projects owned by them or is a team member of a project. A Team Member or Team Member Plus access level user will only see tasks for plans where they are assigned team members.

The To be completed tab displays all tasks that has the status To do or In progress:
