Understand the timesheet calendar layout
To access the Timesheet calendar, choose from the menu Time & Expenses and Timesheet calendar.
The Timesheet calendar looks as follows:
-
In the top-left of the screen: the name of the user.
-
In the top-centre of the screen:
-
The hours registered this week / the number of hours per week (for that user. This information is defined at user level under the User Management settings).
-
The percentage of utilization of the user for the week. This calculation is based on time booked towards external projects (it will exclude internal projects, vacation time and absence) divided by the number of hours per week of the employee.
-
-
At the top-right of the screen:
-
Click the ellipsis button for the options:
-
Copy previous week: This will allow you to copy the calendar entries from the previous week. It will copy over the number of hours and descriptions.
-
Retrieve calendar: Synchronise your past or current timesheet with your Outlook or Google calendar at any time.
-
Clear unassigned items: This will allow you to clear unassigned appointment(s) coming from your calendar (Outlook or Google) that will not be related to a project in PSOhub.
-
-
New Time Entry: This will allow you to book time manually in the timesheet Calendar.
-
By default, PSOhub will display the current week but you can navigate to previous of next weeks via the left and right arrows alongside the dates.
