New Features & Enhancements

New Task Grid View in Plan, My Tasks and All Tasks

The Grid view is a new spreadsheet-style layout for managing tasks in your plan. It provides a customizable view where you can re-order, sort, filter, and quickly update key fields for your tasks - all in one place. This view gives you direct access to more fields and more control over what you see, allowing you to manage your plans with more visibility and flexibility.

The new grid also contains prefiltered tabs: AllTo be completedOverdue and Checklist:

The Checklist view will allow you to filter on the checklist elements themselves.

Set a Default Plan View When Opening a Plan

You can now set a default view for plans opened outside of a project. This setting ensures that every time you open a standalone plan, it automatically displays in your preferred layout, saving time and maintaining consistency.

To configure your default Plan view, click on the Plan's ellipsis button and select My default plan view:

Optimized Loading for Tasks and Task Lists

We’ve improved how tasks and task lists load, especially in larger projects. To enhance performance and reduce wait times, a maximum of 8 tasks and 4 task lists will now load by default. Additional items can be viewed using the Show more or Show more task lists option. This ensures smoother navigation and better performance when working with large volumes of tasks.

Performance Improvement: Faster Importing of Plan Templates

We've optimized the performance of importing plan templates in PSOhub. Users will now experience significantly faster load times and smoother processing when importing templates, improving overall efficiency and user experience.

Improvements

Cascade Start and Due Dates When Importing Plan Templates

You'll now see the Cascade start and due dates based on target start date toggle when importing a plan template into a project from the Tasks tab or from within a plan.
