The brand-new Gantt Chart gives you a clearer way to plan and track projects, while My Resource Planning puts your personal planning front and center — so you always know what’s next.

New Features & Enhancements 🚀

Long live login

No more interruptions! With Long Live Login, you’ll now stay signed in for up to 8 hours. That means fewer logins throughout your workday and a smoother, more seamless experience.

Whether you’re switching between tasks or stepping away for a break, your workspace will be ready when you return — secure, reliable, and always on.

New Gantt Chart with Baseline Support

The Gantt Chart just got a major upgrade! The new design makes it easier to visualize your project timeline, track progress, and adjust schedules.

With the addition of baseline support, you can now set and compare planned timelines against actual progress. This gives you a clear picture of where your project is on track — and where adjustments are needed — helping you stay in control and deliver with confidence.

My Resource Planning – Your Work, Your Way

Introducing My Resource Planning, your new personal dashboard for planned hours across projects. You now get a single, clear view of all your assignments — so you always know where your time is going.

With My Resource Planning, you can:

  • See your planned hours across projects in one place

  • Stay on top of deadlines and priorities

  • Easily understand your workload at a glance

It’s your workday, simplified.

Depending on user access levels, you will find My Resource Planning by choosing from the main menu Resource Management > My Resource Planning, or simply the My Resource Planning menu.

Improvements and Fixes

  • Canceled Quotes No Longer Increment Quote Numbers
    When creating a quote and then canceling it, the quote number remains unchanged, keeping your quote numbering clean and consistent.

    This update ensures smoother quote management and eliminates unnecessary gaps in your quote sequence.
  • Canceled Projects No Longer Increment Project Numbers
    When creating a project and then canceling it, the project number remains unchanged, keeping your project numbering clean and consistent.

    This update ensures smoother project management and eliminates unnecessary gaps in your project sequence.
  • Archived Projects are Now Visible in All Projects
    You can now see archived projects directly in the All Projects view. This makes it easier to review past work, reference previous projects, and maintain a complete overview of your portfolio — all in one place.
  • Projects Overview Now Features the My Projects tab
    We’ve introduced a My Projects tab in the Projects Overview. This tab gives you a clear, personalized view of the projects you are directly involved in, making it easier to focus on your work without filtering through all projects.
Fixes:
  • Improved HubSpot Integration: Task Sync for Plans Without a Project
    Task synchronization now also works for plans that are not connected to a project but are linked to a HubSpot Deal. This ensures smoother task management and more consistent syncing across all deal-related plans.
  • No More Multiple Notifications on Invoice Creation for Backup PMs
    Backup PMs will now receive only a single notification per invoice, ensuring clearer and more accurate communication.
