You can change the default quote and project number after it has been generated.
To do so, simply click the Edit button of the the property section of the quote/project (left-hand pane) and in the Number field, change the number to your liking.
Important: When modifying the quote's or project's numbering, the numbering format will remain sequential. However, it will be based on the original quote/project number sequence. For instance, PRO-2024-151 is the original number automatically generated by PSOhub. If modified to SOW-BH2024-001, the next project created will automatically be PRO-2024-152. The sequence from then on will need to be managed manually.
Filter on custom project numbers
In the Projects overview, default project numbers can only be searched for in the Project Number column:
To search for custom project numbers, scroll across to the column Project Number Custom. If the column is not visible, click on Edit columns and select Project Number Custom:
In the Project Number Custom column, you can search for any character used in your project number:
Tip: You can change the order of the columns in the overview by clicking on the column name and dragging and dropping them to the preferred position.
