Objective
Understand what Focus Mode is in PSOhub, where to find it, and how it changes your view when working on invoices, quotes, and projects.
Introduction
Focus Mode is a toggle available in the top menu bar of PSOhub that simplifies your view by hiding non-essential panels while you work. When enabled, side panels containing supporting information — such as project details, customer information, or activity feeds — are removed from view, leaving only the primary content you are working on.
Focus Mode is available when working on invoices, quotes, and projects.
How Focus Mode Works
When you enable Focus Mode, PSOhub hides the panels surrounding your main content area so you can concentrate on the task at hand.
On an invoice, Focus Mode hides:
- The left-hand pane containing invoice information and details
- The right-hand pane containing customer and activity information
This leaves only the invoice itself visible on screen.
On a quote or project, Focus Mode works the same way — collapsing the surrounding panels so only the core content remains in view.
To enable Focus Mode, click the Focus Mode toggle in the top menu bar. Click it again to return to the standard view.
When to Use Focus Mode
Focus Mode is useful whenever you need to reduce visual clutter and concentrate on a specific piece of work — for example, when reviewing invoice line items, editing a quote, or working through a project contract. All standard actions remain available; Focus Mode only changes what is visible on screen.
