Import products from SAP Business One to PSOhub
How can an Admin access level user import and synchronize SAP Business One products with your PSOhub price list?

If your organization uses SAP Business One integrated with PSOhub, you can easily import and synchronize your product catalog to keep pricing and product details consistent across both systems. This ensures your contracts, quotes, and projects always use the most up-to-date information from SAP.
Before You Begin
Before importing products, make sure your environment is properly configured.
✅ Your business units have been set up correctly
✅ The relevant currency for your price list has been set up on your PSOhub account
✅ A Price List has been created
✅ Product Categories are set up to classify your products
✅ You have the correct user permissions (Admin)
Open a price list for the appropriate business unit connected to SAP Business One.
Click on the Import button:

Select SAP as the source to import product data:
The following window appears:

To continue, click Save.
The Confirmation message will appear, informing you that the import may take some time based on the amount of data:
Click Proceed to continue, and the following message will appear confirming that the import has initiated:
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the successful import:

Back in the price list, the imported products are displayed:

The GL accounts and SAP Dimensions are synchronized from the SAP database in the respective settings in PSOhub.
