New functionality

Task effort - Phase one

Because of popular demand, we have released the addition of adding the task effort when creating/editing tasks. In a task you can estimate the time (in hours) required to complete a task, inclusive of checklist sub-tasks.

The task effort will also influence the Gantt chart's Effort column:

The effort can also be modified from the task card or task list:

Export User Management overview

It is now possible to export to Excel a licensed users report in the Users settings:

Notify Admin when new projects have been created

When new projects are created, users with Admin access can be notified by switching on the alert (this is switched off by default), in the Notification settings:

Advanced manual calendar sync

Google or Outlook calendar entries from any week can be manually synchronized with PSOhub's Timesheet Calendar. Simply go to the week you want to sync and press the button. Manually refresh the screen after the sync is done and your entries will appear.

Removed Historic Data from the Organization settings

For convenient access, projects and hours can now be imported via the Projects overview or the Hours overview:

 

Minor Improvements

In this service update we have made the following important improvements and released:

  • The Search field has been optimised for faster performance.

  • Filter capabilities have been added to the Projects overview for the ACTIVE PROJECTS, FAVORITE PROJECTS and PROJECTS AT RISK tabs.

  • Custom invoicing:

    • The customer's tax number will be added to the invoice.

    • The customer's country will be added to the address information on the invoice.

    • When the project's Reference field is left empty, the invoice will not show a "NULL" value.

    • In the Specification page, the Date column will not show the value "Not mapped".

       

Bug fixes

  • The Resources dashboard's toggle for automatic reminders when timesheets are incorrect can be correctly switched on/off.

  • Expense formulas have been corrected in the Estimated and Actual Profitability views.

  • All users can now properly schedule absence and project events from their own scheduler.

  • Project Manager Basic can now see their own notes in a project.

  • The 2FA field for entering the code is now auto-focused on opening.
