PSOhub 2.9.9.1 - Effort on task to Workload Sheet, an important change to the Timesheet Calendar and improvements

Task effort in Workload Sheet

We're proud and excited to release the task effort in the Workload Sheet.

In PSOhub, you can now create a detailed project budget based on task effort, resources and roles. Budgeting at task-level allows you to track smaller pieces of work and generate the project budget. By leveraging task effort, your budget becomes more granular, allows effective allocation of time or resources and bases the budget on categories of work.

The task effort can be defined in the task board template or once the template has been pulled into the project.

To add the task effort as the budget to the overall project, click on the ellipse button and select Update workload sheet.

Smart Timesheet

You can now prevent the automatic booking of your Outlook/Google calendar appointments against projects in PSOhub based on matching keywords.

In your profile settings, your will see a Smart timesheet check box. This is switched on by default, resulting in your appointments automatically being booked to projects in PSOhub, that is recognised by matching keywords in the appointment and project.

If you prefer to manually book your calendar appointments to your projects, please uncheck this box:

By unchecking this option, all calendar appointments will appear in grey, giving you the choice to manually book the appointment to a project, which will change the appointment from grey to green.

Improvements

  • The Task and Task list have been added to the All Tasks Export to Excel report.

  • The Effort and project Roles fields have been added to the Tasks table for Odata reports.

  • The task due date is included in the calculation of task effort.
