Adding stakeholders to your project, invoicing multiple contacts at once, and extended excel imports.

Stakeholders

The stakeholders have arrived in PSOhub! From this version, you are now able to add contacts from other companies into your projects.

In the Stakeholders tab, you can add contacts, give them a role and also include them when sending out invoices.

Importing stakeholders

Of course, simply having a Stakeholders tab and having to manually add contacts is not always the best solution. Therefore, we have included a fantastic way to directly search and import contacts from your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) or from your financial software (Xero, Exact Online, QuickBooks Online) .

You will have the option to select your contact person(s) by clicking the Add stakeholder(s) button. Simply search on an email address, select the contact person, import them and they are added to your PSOhub contacts and as a stakeholder.

Import Contacts

We have now added the option to import contacts via an excel file. The import supports both the creation of new contacts and updating existing ones based on the email address as the identifier.

Besides that, the import that is available within stakeholders is also available under the Import button of the Contacts overview.

Project Import

We have expanded the project import to include additional fields such as Business Unit, Reference, Description, Tags and a few more.

Minor improvements & fixes

  • Resources with 0% utilization target will now be excluded from the Employees lowest utilization table, in the Resources dashboard.

  • The Scheduler invite now includes all project related information in the description of the invite.

  • You can now move contract lines to other groups, even if hours have been booked or has already been invoiced.

  • Booking non-project related time will now correctly put in the user's business unit on the timesheet record.

  • Filtering on the date range for the timesheet has been restored.

  • The project manager's name to appear in the Projects list.

  • Recalculate cost rates for time entries.

  • Tasks scheduled for 1 day will now show correctly in the Gantt chart.
