The Orion Release!
We are thrilled to launch the Orion release and introduce a new menu option called "Plans," which replaces the old task board.
Plans now have extended functionality, including the ability to have conversations and custom stages. Furthermore, you can create a plan as a stand-alone and decide later whether to connect it to a project or not. Great for drafting multiple plan versions!
Custom plan stages
You can create custom plan stages and, in the plan board view, you can update your plan's status with click-to-drag!
Custom project stages
In addition to custom plan stages, we also have custom project stages and project board view where you can update your project's status with click-to-drag!
But wait, there is more!
Budget alerts on contract group
It is now possible to set a budget alert at the contract group level. A simple click on the contract group name will allow you to define two budget alerts.
You can also modify the number and name of the contract group as well as delete it directly from here.
Internal note on a time entry
The time entry form now has a new field, “Internal Note,” which allows a user to enter an internal note that will not appear on the invoice specification sheet.
Deactivate/Activate a contract line from the Contract tab.
You are now able to deactivate/activate a contract line from the Contract tab.
Add an external URL to an expense record.
It is now possible to add an external URL link to an expense record.
Deletion of GL accounts
In the Settings of PSOhub, under GL Accounts, when deleting a GL account, you are now able to see where it is used and remove all relations directly from this screen.
Tax number displayed on the default invoice templates
If you have populated your companies' Tax Number field in PSOhub, you will see it displayed on the invoice when leveraging the default invoice template.
