Objective

This article explains how to copy a quote in PSOhub to create a versioned copy, manage quote iterations, and link multiple quotes to a single CRM deal or opportunity.

Prerequisites

Eligible Access
You must have Admin, Controller, Project Manager, or Sales Rep access in PSOhub.

Quote Created
The quote to be copied must already exist in PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Open the PSOhub quote you want to copy.
  2. In the Financials tab, click the ellipsis (⋯) button.
  3. Select Copy Quote from the dropdown menu. The Quote Copy dialog box appears.
  4. If the quote is at Draft, Submitted, or Declined stage, you will be asked whether you want to mark the original quote as declined.
  5. To mark the original as Declined, check the Put this quote on declined? box.
  6. To leave the original stage unchanged, leave the box unchecked.
  7. Click Copy. A copy of the quote is created with a new version number. For example, if the original was QUO-2022-18, the copy will be QUO-2022-18.1.

📌 Note: If the quote is at Signed stage, the option to mark it as Declined is not available.          You will only be able to copy it.

Result

The copied quote appears in the Quotes list at Draft stage with the new version number. The original quote reflects any stage change you selected. Both quotes remain linked to the same CRM deal or opportunity, so all copied versions maintain their connection to the original deal.

💡 Tip: You can copy a quote at any stage: Draft, Submitted, Signed, or Declined. This                makes it easy to iterate on a quote without losing the history of previous versions.
