Dear PSOhub user,
This release brings a set of refinements to the PSOhub–SAP integration, along with several smaller improvements across the product based on your feedback. None of these changes require any action on your part — they are available automatically after the update.
✨ What's New
More Accurate SAP Tax Mapping
The SAP install wizard now also retrieves VAT groups when it checks for tax codes, storing them alongside your existing tax categories in PSOhub. PSOhub also now stores the associated tax category type for SAP, so every invoice line sent to SAP carries the correct code automatically.
Draft Invoices in SAP
Admins can now mark a SAP environment to send all invoices as draft within SAP. When enabled, a sent invoice won't immediately show a SAP invoice number — instead it appears in PSOhub as Draft, and is held out of the payment-checking flow until it's finalized.
Twice a day, PSOhub automatically checks SAP for the final invoice number and document entry on any draft invoice, updates the invoice accordingly, and returns it to the normal payment-checking flow. Every transition from draft to final is recorded as an activity on the invoice, so you always have a clear record of when and how it happened.
Standardized Recurring Invoice Line Descriptions
Line descriptions on recurring invoices now follow a consistent, cleaner format: the day of the month is no longer shown, and the year is always included. Supported formats are:
- Month X 2026
- Quarter X 2026
- Year 2026
Clearer Invoicing Error Notifications
If an invoice fails to send — whether triggered manually or automatically — PSOhub now notifies the project manager and any backup project managers by email and in-app notification. Where SAP returns a specific error, an activity is also logged on the invoice so the issue is easy to trace later.
🔧 Improvements
- Easier grid handling — resizing and dragging columns is smoother and more visible, and grids have been resized so scrollbars are always in view.
- Less wasted space — excess white space has been trimmed from several pages, leaving more room for what matters.
- Meeting end times restored — you can once again store an end date and time on a meeting activity.
- Backup PM permissions restored — Backup Project Managers can create and manage contract lines again.
- Refreshed translations — German and Dutch translations have been updated and improved throughout.
- No more hidden edit buttons — long project and invoice names no longer push the edit button out of reach.
- Cleaner task lists — All Tasks and My Tasks no longer show tasks from projects that are no longer active.
- Switching contract line type - If hours are not yet invoiced, you can switch between fixed fee and t&m again
- Invoice activities - Show all activities now appears on the invoice screen, easily showing all related activities
- Show invoice from activity - The button to show the related invoice for an activity has returned!

- More reliable SAP invoicing — accurate VAT group and tax category mapping means fewer manual corrections on invoice lines sent to SAP.
- Full visibility into draft invoices — the draft-to-final flow in SAP is now transparent and logged, so nothing falls through the payment-checking process unnoticed.
- Cleaner recurring invoices — standardized line descriptions make recurring invoices easier to read and reconcile, period over period.
- Faster issue resolution — project managers and backup PMs are notified the moment an invoice fails to send, instead of discovering it later.
