When working in a PSOhub project that has been generated from a HubSpot deal, the value of the project can be synchronised with your HubSpot deal to indicate the total revenue value.
Your deal may or may not start with a zero amount:
Once the deal has been promoted to a PSOhub project, complete the project's contract. The Amount column's total is your Total project value in the left-hand pane:
Note: Expenses are excluded from the Total Amount column, unless it is a Fixed Fee expense. However, expenses and fixed fee expenses are excluded from the total project value:
To add this total project value to the HubSpot deal, click on the button with the ellipsis button and select Update deal value:
The following message box will appear:
Click Update.
Click OK and in the project's properties, click the link Show deal in Hubspot:
The deal Amount field will be updated with the project or contract value. The deal's Activity tab will also confirm the details of the update deal amount:
