Objective
Understand what the Team Member Plus access level is, where it sits among other access levels in PSOhub, and what a user assigned this level can see and do.
Introduction
PSOhub has several access levels — including Admin, Project Manager, Team Member, and Team Member Plus — each designed for a different role in the organization. Team Member Plus sits one step above Team Member and is built for contributors who need visibility into the projects they are working on, while still operating without access to broader organizational settings or finances.
A user with the Team Member Plus access level can work on their assigned tasks, track their time, log expenses, and view their own planning. In addition, they can see project-level information — including hours, expenses, team members, tasks, and files — for projects they are a member of. They cannot create or edit project data beyond their own entries.
What a Team Member Plus can and cannot access
Team Member Plus extends the standard Team Member access level with one key addition: visibility into the projects they are assigned to. Within each of those projects, they can view hours, expenses, team members, tasks, and files. Editing and deleting data is limited to their own hours, expenses, and tasks.
The table below summarizes what is included at this access level. For a detailed breakdown of what a Team Member Plus can do in each module, see the section below.
| Module or area | Access |
|---|---|
| Tasks (own tasks) | Yes |
| Tasks (all tasks on assigned projects) | View only |
| My Planning | Yes |
| Time & Expenses | Yes |
| Projects (assigned projects) | View only — hours and planned vs used only, no financials |
| Reports | Personal Summary only |
| Organizational settings | No |
What a Team Member Plus can do in each module
Projects
In the Projects module, a Team Member Plus can see the projects they are assigned to. The project list shows each project's Planned, Used, and Remaining hours, as well as the health alert status.
When a project is selected, the Financials section displays the contract structure with planned vs used hours per contract line. No monetary values are shown.
| Module | What a Team Member Plus can do | Restrictions |
|---|---|---|
| Projects | View assigned projects and planned vs used hours | No financial data; cannot create or edit projects |
| Project Financials | View contract lines with planned and used hours | No monetary values, budgets, or invoicing |
Tasks
In the Tasks module, a Team Member Plus can access both My Tasks and Tasks from the navigation.
My Tasks shows all tasks assigned to the user, grouped by due date:
- Due Today
- Due This Week
- Overdue
From My Tasks, the user can update task status, log time directly on a task, and mark tasks as complete.
Tasks provides access to all tasks across the projects the user is a member of. Tasks can be viewed and filtered by status, priority, and due date.
My Planning
In My Planning, the user can view their own resource planning across all assigned projects and contract lines. The planning view shows budgeted hours, planned hours per month, and year-to-date totals.
Time & Expenses
In the Time & Expenses module, the user can log their own time, record expenses, and book absence.
The All Hours view shows a summary of their own time entries, filterable by date range, role, customer, and project. The user can also access My Scheduler to track their own schedule in a calendar view.
| Module | What a Team Member Plus can do | Restrictions |
|---|---|---|
| All Hours | Log, view, and manage their own time entries | Cannot view or edit other users' hours |
| Expenses | Log, view, and manage their own expenses | Cannot view or edit other users' expenses |
| My Scheduler | View and manage their own schedule | Personal calendar only |
Reports
In the Reports module, the user has access to their Personal Summary only. This report shows target utilization, logged hours, absence hours, internal hours, hours spent on projects, and a list of active projects with their top 10 tasks.
