Introduction

PSOhub has several access levels — including Admin, Project Manager, and Team Member — each designed for a different role in the organization. Team Member is the most restricted of these levels, built for people who deliver work but are not involved in managing projects, finances, or organizational settings.

A user with the Team Member access level can work on their assigned tasks, track their time, log expenses, and view their own planning. They cannot access any projects, budgets, contracts, or settings beyond their own work. This makes it the right choice for individual contributors who need to stay focused on execution without visibility into the broader project or organization.

What a Team Member can and cannot access

A Team Member does not have access to any projects — this is what sets the access level apart from all others in PSOhub. Within the platform, a Team Member is limited to modules focused on their own tasks, planning, and time tracking. They cannot see project financials, contracts, budgets, or organizational settings.
