Objective

This article explains how to delete a project that is currently set to Active in PSOhub. Because active projects cannot be deleted directly, you will first need to mark the project as a test project before the delete option becomes available.

Prerequisites

Admin access required
You must have Admin, Controller, or Project Manager user access in PSOhub.

Preconfigured active project
The project must already exist and be set to Active.

Steps

  1. Click on the Projects menu in the PSOhub home screen. You will then see the Project overview.
  2. Confirm that the project you want to delete is set to Active by selecting the Active tab, which will display all your Active PSOhub projects.
  3. Select the Active project you want to delete. The project screen now appears.
  4. In the left-hand pane you will see the basic project information. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon to edit the project information.
  5. Scroll down the right-hand pane to Test Project. Toggle the Test Project to Yes.
  6. Click Save
  7. Click the Ellipsis (...) button at the top of the Financials tab. The Delete Project option is now visible.
  8. Select Delete Project.
  9. In the confirmation pop-up, click Proceed to permanently delete the project.

📌 Note: Marking a project as a test project is required before PSOhub will display the                  option to delete an active project.

Result

PSOhub permanently deletes the project. This action cannot be undone.

🚨 Warning: Deleting a project is permanent. All associated data, including contracts,                  time entries, and invoices linked to this project, will be removed. Confirm this is the                    correct project before proceeding.

Next Steps
