Learn how to upload a contacts template to add or update contact records in PSOhub in bulk

Published: 1 June 2026

Audience

This article is intended for:

  • Administrators responsible for importing contacts into PSOhub
  • Users preparing contact data for bulk import (with Admin access)

Objective

This article explains how to import contact data into PSOhub using a downloadable Excel template. Use this method when your contacts are not stored in a connected CRM or financial solution.

Prerequisites

You must have Admin or Controller access in PSOhub.

Your contact import file must be prepared and ready to upload.
See Import Contacts: Preparing Your Contact Import File for guidance on                                  downloading the template and filling it in correctly.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Customers and open the Contacts list.
  2. Click Import.
  3. In the Select import source window, click PSOhub.
  4. Click inside the Click here to upload your .xlsx file box and select your completed import file.
  5. Review the data in the preview grid. You can modify individual fields or delete rows before confirming.
  6. Click Create or update contacts from imported data
  7. Review the confirmation message and click Proceed.
  8. Click OK to complete the import.

💡 Tip: Before importing your full file, test with a small selection of rows first — typically 3           to 5 contacts. This lets you verify that the data imports correctly before committing to           the full dataset.

Result

Your contacts are created or updated in PSOhub. They will appear immediately in the Contacts list.

If PSOhub recognizes an existing contact by email address, it will merge the record rather than create a duplicate. If the email address is new, a new contact record is created.
