Objective
This article explains how to import contacts into PSOhub from a connected CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Importing contacts from your CRM ensures your customer data is synchronized and ready to use when creating projects.

Steps
Searching for contacts to import
- Navigate to Customers and select Contacts.
- Click Import.
- In the Select import source window, click your connected CRM.
- In the search window, enter a first name, last name, or email address to find the contact you want to import.
- Click Search. Matching contacts from your CRM will appear in the results list.
- Review the results. If a contact already exists in PSOhub, an exclamation mark icon will appear in the Exists in PSOhub column.

Importing multiple contacts
- Select the checkbox next to each contact you want to import. To select all results, check the box at the top of the list.
- Click Import.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to return to the Contacts list.
📌 Note: Importing an existing contact will not create a duplicate. PSOhub merges the contact IDs automatically to avoid data corruption.
Result
The selected contacts are imported into PSOhub and appear in the Contacts list. If any of the imported contacts already existed in PSOhub, their records are merged rather than duplicated.
Contacts imported from your CRM can now be linked to projects, quotes, and invoices in PSOhub.
