There are multiple ways to create a project in PSOhub, depending on how your organization manages its sales process.
Step 1: Choose How to Create Your Project
You can create a project in three ways, depending on how your organization manages its sales workflow.
Option 1: Create a Project From Your CRM
If you use a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Pipedrive, this is the fastest and most efficient way to get started.
Creating a project from a deal or opportunity ensures that customer information, scope, and commercial context are carried over automatically from your CRM into PSOhub.
💡 Tip: Use this option if...

-

Step 2: Define Your Contract
Once your project is created, the next step is to define its financial structure.
The contract captures what has been agreed with the customer, including pricing, billing model, and expected revenue. This ensures that all work delivered in the project is aligned with what has been sold.
📌 Note: PSOhub supports multiple contract line types, including Fixed Fee, Time & Materials, Retainer, and Product lines. Choose the type that reflects your billing agreement.

Step 3: Create Your Plan
After defining the contract, you can structure how the work will be delivered.
Plans break the project down into task lists, tasks, and milestones, providing a clear framework for execution.
This allows your team to understand what needs to be done and how the project will progress.
📌 Note: A plan is separate from the contract. The contract defines the financial structure; the plan defines the delivery structure.
