Prerequisites
Steps
Open Integrations in PSOhub
- Go to Settings (gear icon) in the left navigation.
- Click Integrations.
- Select the Business Unit Apps tab.
- Select the business unit you want to connect to Sage from the Select a Business Unit dropdown.
Connect Sage Accounting
5. Click Connect on the Sage Accounting tile.
6. A confirmation dialog will appear: "This will connect your organization to Sage. Any other integration with a financial package in PSOhub will be removed. This action cannot be overturned."
7. Click Proceed.
Log in to Sage
8. You will be redirected to the Sage login page. Select your country or region.
9. Enter your Sage email address and click Continue, then complete the login with your password.
10. After logging in, you will be returned to PSOhub, and the Test connection screen will appear.
Test the Connection
11. In the Revenue account field (Step 1 of the wizard), enter the exact name of your primary revenue ledger from Sage's chart of accounts (e.g., "Sales - Services").
⚠️ Important: The ledger name must match Sage exactly, including capitalization and punctuation. For example, enter "Sales - Services" and not "sales services".
12. Click Next twice to skip Step 2 and proceed to Step 3.
13. Click Test. PSOhub will create a test invoice and contact in Sage.
📌 Note: Remember to delete the test invoice and contact in Sage after the test is complete.
14. If the test is successful, a Success message will appear. Click the X button to close the window.
15. If the test fails, verify that the ledger name matches your Sage chart of accounts exactly and retry.
