Objective

Understand what the project activity feed is, where to find it, and what types of activity it captures at each stage of a project.

Introduction

The activity feed gives you a real-time log of everything that happens on a project in PSOhub. From the moment a project is created, the feed records status changes, communications, contract updates, and financial events — giving your team a single, chronological view of project history.

If PSOhub is integrated with HubSpot, activity is also posted to the activity feed of the linked deal and/or company, keeping your CRM in sync without any manual updates.

Where to Find the Activity Feed

The Activity feed tab is located within the project, on the right-hand side below Customer information.

What the Activity Feed Tracks

The activity feed captures different types of events depending on the current status of the project.

From the moment the project is created, the feed tracks:

  • Status changes (for example, from Proposal to Active)
  • Communications and activities logged in the left-hand section of the project, including emails, notes, calls, and meetings

Once the project is set to Active, the feed also tracks:

  • Contract and team changes
  • Budget modifications
  • Budget alerts
  • Invoices created, sent, and paid

HubSpot Integration

If PSOhub is integrated with HubSpot, project activities are also posted to the activity feed of the linked deal and/or company in HubSpot. This behavior depends on whether the PSOhub integration filter has been activated in your HubSpot settings.
