How to Delete a Contract Line Group in PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to delete a contract line group at the project level in PSOhub and what conditions must be met before the group can be removed.

Prerequisites

Eligible access
        You must have Admin, Controller, or Project Manager access in PSOhub.

No included contract lines
        The group must have no active contract lines linked to it. If contract lines exist, they                  must be deleted or reassigned to another group first.

Steps

  1. Open the project in PSOhub.
  2. In the Financials pane, click the Ellipsis (three dots) in the contract group you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete from the drop-down menu. 
  4. The contract line group is immediately deleted.

⚠️ Important: You cannot delete a contract line group that still contains contract lines.                You must first remove all contract lines from the group before deleting. 

Result

The group is permanently removed from the project contract. Contract lines that were previously assigned to this group must have been deleted or reassigned before deletion. No lines are affected by removing the group itself.
