How to Add or Modify a Contract Line Group at the Project Level

Objective
This article explains how to add a new contract line group and modify existing groups at the project level in PSOhub.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Admin, Controller, or Project Manager access in PSOhub.
Project already has at least one contract
A project with at least one contract must already exist.
Steps
- To add a new contract group, open the project in PSOhub. On the Financials pane, click +Add group to add a new contract group.
- Enter the Group Name, Group Number, and Budget Used Alert. Click Save.
- To modify an existing contract line group, click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the + button on the right of the contract line group pane.
- Select Edit group from the drop-down menu.
- To change the Group Number of the contract group, click the dropdown arrow next to the number and select the new position.
- To update the Group Name, click directly on the field and type the new name.
- Modify the Budget Used Alert if necessary.
- Click Save.
⚠️ Important: The contract group name must not contain an apostrophe character ( ' ).
Result
The new group is available for selection when adding contract lines. Any sequence, name, or budget alert changes are applied immediately across the contract.
